Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Lapin AI, LLC d/b/a PossibNow (“PossibNow”, “we”, “us”) is an Illinois limited liability company. We publish the PossibNow newsletter, operate salcarranza.com and offer Executive Working Sessions, a one-to-one AI training package. Sal Carranza is your instructor. PossibNow is the controller of the information described here. See also the Terms of Service.

2. What this covers

• The PossibNow newsletter, published on Substack at possibnow.substack.com.
• The website salcarranza.com.
• Executive Working Sessions, including onboarding, payment, scheduling, the sessions and follow-up guidance.

3. Information we collect

Newsletter

Substack hosts signup, subscriber accounts and email delivery under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We receive your email address and the engagement data Substack reports to publishers, such as opens and clicks. If we offer paid subscriptions, billing is handled through Substack and its payment processor; we do not receive your card details.

Website

• Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard server and security logs, which may include your IP address, browser details and the pages you request.
• We count downloads of companion files in aggregate only: the day, the file and the channel the link came from. These counts contain no personal information and use no cookies.
• We use no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies and does not identify you. Some pages embed a Substack signup form or YouTube videos; those embeds are served by Substack and YouTube under their own policies and may set their own cookies.
• The home page's latest-issue card loads public post data (the title, date and link of the newest issue). Your browser requests it from our own server, which reads it from Substack's public feed, so your browser does not contact Substack for the card.

Executive Working Sessions

When you book an intro call through Cal.com, we receive your name, email and anything you enter when booking.

When you complete onboarding and take part in the training, we collect:

• Your identity details: name, email, title, industry and optionally company.
• Your fit answers about AI tools, plans and computers.
• Your interview transcript, including voice recordings you submit.
• Any screenshots, files and links you upload or share.
• Booking and payment status. We do not receive your card or bank details.
• Messages you send us, including in the private Slack guidance that comes with the package.

4. How we use it

• To send the newsletter you signed up for and understand which issues are useful, using the engagement data Substack provides.
• To run, secure and improve the website.
• To schedule intro calls and sessions, to decide whether the training fits, prepare a working example around your workflow, take payment and email you about your sessions.
• To answer your questions and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Service providers

We use these providers to deliver our services. Each processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

AI processing. AI features work as follows. Interview chat requests are routed only to providers that do not train on or retain your data (we require zero data retention). Voice transcription is processed by OpenRouter's speech-to-text providers. Card and bank details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.

6. Retention

• Newsletter: we keep your subscription while you are subscribed. Substack keeps account and delivery records under its own policy.
• Website: server and security logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention. Aggregate download counts contain no personal information.
• Intro calls: Cal.com keeps booking records under its own retention.
• Executive Working Sessions: your onboarding data is deleted automatically 90 days after your second session, or 90 days after you start if you never book. After that deletion, copies held by the services we use follow their own retention: Stripe payment records, Cal.com booking records, Resend email logs, and Slack notification messages (which include your name, title and workflow title).

7. Your choices and rights

• Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also manage your subscription in your Substack account.
• Email salvador@acumentrail.com to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep.
• Please do not upload passwords, API keys, access tokens or regulated data you are not permitted to share.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
