A builder's hands.
A lawyer's judgment.

I spent nineteen years in legal. Litigation partner, then management consultant at an alternative legal service provider, then founder. The thing that kept coming back, through all of it, was technology.

I love to learn. I love technology. And I love helping other people learn how to use it, because once you can make the machine do real work, you can change what is possible for you and the people around you. That belief is the whole business.

So I build. Chrome extensions, agent systems, an editorial sparring partner that tells me what is worth writing, a learning platform. I write about each one while it is happening, with the code and the screens, and I teach the same way: on your work, with your tools, until it runs without me.

The legal background is an advantage when procurement, privacy, risk, or governance slows adoption. I have been on both sides of that table, and the goal is always to move with sound judgment rather than to wait for permission.

I teach from the work I build.

Governance layer

Bailey

A governance layer for AI agents in professional work. Every action gated, receipted, and verifiable. Built on Paperclip, Apache 2.0, first proven on the business side of a legal practice.

Chrome extension

Legal Ops Maestro

Operations tracking that lives where your team already works. A Chrome extension, so there is nothing to install on a server and nothing leaves the browser. Maps the work to the CLOC Core 12 and turns it into a shareable picture of demonstrated skill.

Live
Editorial sparring partner

Aleph

A sparring partner for what I publish. Everything I read, save, and think about goes in. What comes out is a shortlist of what is worth writing, with the sources attached. The writing is still mine.

Harness templates

Three ways to start a build with an AI agent: a one-page CLAUDE.md plus build spec, a five-file harness for a coding agent, and a four-document harness for a chat-based builder. MIT licensed.
