Executive Working Sessions · With Sal Carranza

Make your experience
go further with AI.

Personal AI training for senior professionals who want to stay valuable as AI changes how their work gets done.

You already bring judgment and experience. Develop the AI capability to take on more demanding work and make your contribution visible. I prepare a working example around your daily workflow, so the learning starts with something that matters to you.

Answer 7 quick questions to confirm your fit, then book both sessions online.

The capability you take with you

Stay current.
Know how to put it to work.

  • Think in systems. See the inputs, dependencies, decisions, and feedback that connect the work.
  • Choose models and tools. Match their capabilities to the task, test options on your examples, and understand the tradeoffs.
  • Engineer the context. Organize sources, definitions, constraints, and examples before prompting.
  • Direct and reuse. Turn clear instructions into a sequence you can save, adapt, and run again.
  • Evaluate and improve. Judge the result, trace a failure, and decide which part of the system needs to change.

Judge any AI tool

Six questions that separate real AI
from expensive automation.

You’ll be able to ask these about any AI tool, and answer them for the workflows you build.

  1. What happens when something unexpected comes in? Good systems handle it or hand it to a person with context. Weak ones break, or confidently get it wrong.
  2. What can it actually read? If it can’t see your real data (calendar, CRM, files, prices), it’s reciting a script.
  3. Who keeps it working? Prompts drift, tools change, your business changes.
  4. Which number does it move? Hours saved, response time, errors caught. Name it before you build.
  5. What does it cost to run each month, not just to build?
  6. Can you show me where it failed? Real builds have failures. Demos don’t.

Sometimes the right answer is no AI at all. If a template or a checklist solves it, I’ll tell you.

What you get

A new way to approach your work.
Built through practice.

Learn to recognize what needs your judgment, what AI can handle, what needs checking, and what can become a reusable system. Practice on your own workflow, then carry the method across your work. You leave with examples of new capability you can explain and demonstrate.

01 / EXECUTIVE AI BRIEF

Start from a plan made for you.

After onboarding, you receive PossibNow’s own custom output, built from our expertise: your Workflow #1 summary, what we’ll build together, open questions, and a prep checklist.

02 / PREWORK · 1 HOUR

Give the learning a purpose.

Tell me the workflow you want to use, the systems you have, and what good looks like. Pick a workflow that moves a business result you care about. I prepare and test a teaching example around it before we meet.

03 / SESSION ONE · 90 MINUTES

Learn to see the system.

We map the work, evaluate model and tool choices, and organize the context. You practice directing AI with clear instructions, review points, and a repeatable structure.

04 / HOMEWORK · 1–2 HOURS

Apply the method yourself.

Run the workflow on another example. Try adapting the approach to a second task. Bring your results, questions, and the places you got stuck to our next session.

05 / SESSION TWO · 90 MINUTES

Make your progress visible.

We review your attempt, diagnose what happened, and refine the system. You practice adapting the method and explaining your decisions, so you can show what you are now able to do.

After the sessions, you can ask questions and share your work in a private Slack channel with me for up to three months. Your six months of Trazomo access supports continued learning and practice.

Salvador Carranza

I learned by building.
I teach through the work.

Big firm law partner. Management consultant. Applied AI builder. I learned through trial, error, and the grit to keep going. I bring that experience to the way I teach you.

Do I need to code or switch AI tools?

You bring professional experience. I use Codex or Claude Code to prepare examples, and we connect the method to the AI systems you use. Guided Codex or Claude Code setup is an option if you want to take building further.

How do we choose the workflow?

You rank three workflows during onboarding. Workflow #1 is what we build now; #2 and #3 are for later learning. A short guided conversation captures how it works today, so I can prepare a working example before we meet.

Why learn from you instead of just using ChatGPT or Copilot?

Those tools are where you’ll work. What you learn here is how to direct them: break a workflow into parts, give the AI the right context, and check the result. That skill carries across every tool you’ll use.

Why not hire an agency to build it?

You can. But you’d be paying every time something changes. You leave here able to build, fix and judge AI work yourself, and to tell when a vendor is overselling.

I’m not technical. Is this for me?

Yes. You bring the judgment; I teach you the skill. We work on your real workflow, so you’re always on familiar ground, and I do the heavy lifting on the build while you learn how it’s done.

My company only allows Copilot or Gemini.

Common. You learn on ChatGPT or Claude, and we map every step to the tools you’re allowed to use at work.

Can’t I learn this for free online?

Generic tutorials teach tools. This is built around your workflow, with a working version prepared before we meet, plus three months of direct Slack access afterward.

Is it worth $1,500?

You leave with a skill you can use again: directing AI on your own work, judging the result, and building the next workflow yourself. A working version of your first workflow comes with it, with me doing the heavy lifting on the build, plus three months of support while you practice.

What if my workflow can’t be done?

We’ll offer Workflow #2, #3 or another option. If none works for you, you’re refunded.
